Are you an experienced professional looking for a key role in a global organisation? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our energetic team. In this position, you will be the right hand to our Vice President and facilitate seamless communication between executives, management teams, associates and partners.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide full administrative support to the executives
- Proactively and effectively managing the executive's time
- Screen and manage phone and email inquiries and requests
- Coordinate travel arrangements, managing complex itineraries and booking
flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.
- Manage and maintain monthly expense reports
- Manage and track key projects and deadlines and monitor deliverables on behalf of the
executive
- and many other activities related to the assistant's work

Požadujeme
- Absolutely professional written and spoken English (at least C1 level is a must)
- At least 2 years of top management support experience

- Time flexibility, ability to work independently and responsibility is a must

- Location of work is the Czech Republic (the work cannot be done from abroad)
- Ability to work fully from home (or commute to the office in Brno)

- Experience in a global company is a great advantage
