Main responsibilities:

- Analysing financial and business data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and models in Excel and/or Power BI to support decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Work with Turkish clinic staff to collect and understand local data.
- Help develop tools and systems for better data management (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Track performance and KPIs and forecast future results.
- Recommend changes that could improve regional operations or profitability.
